Yes. You can help reduce moving time and costs by packing all boxes before our removalists arrive and ensuring your furniture is easily accessible for loading. Good preparation helps us complete your move faster and more efficiently.

Moving times are estimates and depend on furniture volume, access, and travel distance. As a guide:

• 1 Bedroom Unit – 2 to 4 hours
• 2 Bedroom House – 3 to 4 hours
• 3 Bedroom House – 6 to 7 hours
• 4 Bedroom House – 8 to 9 hours

We recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure your preferred moving date and time.

However, we also accommodate last-minute bookings whenever our schedule allows.

Payment is due once your move has been completed. We accept cash payments directly to the removalists, or you can pay over the phone using Visa or Mastercard. Please note that card payments may incur a 2% processing surcharge.

We carry Public Liability Insurance, Loading & Unloading Insurance, and Truck Accidental Insurance for added peace of mind.

Goods in Transit Insurance is not included. If you require this cover, it can be arranged separately through Yes Insurance.

No. Our pricing is completely transparent. Every quote includes GST, loading, travelling, and unloading charges. There are no hidden booking fees, depot fees, or unexpected costs.
